Exhale Pavilion is a reinterpretation of the classic pavilion.

The traditional pavilion originates back to ancient China where the free standing structures would work as a shelter to relax and frame the surrounding nature.

Exhale Pavilion works the other way around and encapsulates a green space.

In most big cities green areas decline towards the city center making it difficult to find a calm space to exhale.

As you enter the pavilion the surrounding space and noise are faded out to leave you in an outside room where the sky and the nature are the only elements left.
